MFT Superstar Clean and Simple Genius category

I created this blog specifically to enter the My Favorite Things Superstar Design Contest.

For  my card, I used the MFT Big Hello Die-namics die..I stamped the frog from the MFT Witch Way Is The Candy stamp set, the bird and the butterfly are from the Springtime Critters stamp set. The images are all cut from the coordinating dies.  The purple polkadot pattern paper is from MFT's itsy-bitsy polkadots paper pack.  Accent dies are from MFT's  Blueprints Tag Builder No. 6 set. I. used one of the dies and shortened the paper by cutting off the end with the die. The second is from Blueprints No. 28. I shaded the top white card stock with distress inks.

MFT Coloring Virtuoso

(Please click thumbnail for crisper image) This is my design for the MFT coloring Virtuoso Category.  I did not go crazy with the coloring, but wanted to make a card that was colorful and enhanced by coloring of minimal stamped images.  The  MFT products used to create this card include blueprints number 28, blueprints No. 6 tag builder die-namics.  The stamp sets used are Jingle All The Way  and Santas Elves  along with their coordinating dies. The patterned paper is MFT itsy-bitsy polkadots. The dots are individually glued to create the look of snow, these were die cut using  the dots from the blueprints No 6 tag builder set. I am new to card making and found these challenges to definitely have been a stretch. But it was fun.
